Founder & Director
Ryan Sauer is the multi-award-winning director, cinematographer, editor and founder behind RSM. He's spent almost two decades making creative productions that cut through. His career began in the music industry, where he honed a distinct visual style through live music touring, music videos, and working intimately with artists.
His technical foundation in cinematography, editing and post-production means he understands every aspect of production. That knowledge defines how he leads: faster decisions on set, clearer creative direction, and the ability to move at pace without cutting corners.
